Every step of the customer journey is important - even from the first click, it is wise to have a considered approach to maximising the experience of your prospect.
While it is easy to say: "Put yourself in your customer's shoes" - have you entirely considered their experience?
I have worked in Sales, Customer Service, Customer Care, Account Management, and Customer Success, and I can honestly say that the most effective route to ensuring a positive customer experience is by using clear communication, whether this is in adverts, over the phone or in pre or post sale documentation.
